Here you can read about what's important for your application.

Who can apply? Projects and enterprises from the cultural and creative industries, which can raise their own rent in three years. Your project should not be older than four years.

What is there to win? Apply for a KRACH space, which you can use for up to three years without paying a base rent, and a starting budget of 5,000 euros. Support, advice and networking are on top of that.

Which spaces are there to win? There are a total of six KRACH spaces to choose from - three in the Künstler- und Kreativhaus K40 of the schönherr.fabrik, two in Wirkbau, one in the Kreativhof "Die Stadtwirtschaft". Click here for the current KRACH spaces.

How can I apply? The application will be made exclusively online in this round. Everything you need to know about it can be found on the application page.

What will you need to submit? For your application there is a questionnaire in the form of an online form. Which details of your project KRACH wants to know from you is explained in the Checklist

What's the deadline? The application deadline is April 30th, 2019.

What happens next? An international jury will make a first selection. Nominees are invited to a weekend in Chemnitz and can get to know the objects, the program makers and the jury. Then there is time to sharpen your application. The award ceremony will take place in mid-August in Chemnitz. The KRACH spaces are then occupied in consultation with the space providers.
