The quarter: Leipziger Straße is one of the main thoroughfares of Chemnitz — and yet there is a lot of green quite near it. Located close to the city centre, the large recreational area on the Schlossberg, the Küchwald park, is a cultural venue in the summer with an open air theatre, an ice-skating rink, a narrow-gauge railway (Parkeisenbahn) and a children’s cosmonaut centre (Kosmonautenzentrum), doubling as a winter wonderland for romantic walks in the cold season. Your neighbours are a wine shop, an organic grocery store and a shop for artists supplies. You will also find a day care centre and a civic centre in the surrounding streets. And for those who are firm believers in hard copies – there is a copy-shop just next door.

The location: Popular places for recreation such as the Schlossteich boating pond and park, the Küchwald and the Chemnitz castle are directly at your doorstep. In Konkordia Park you can go skating and climbing, shoot some hoops and get a taste of youth culture. Look into the “Zukunft” (future) just down the road; the somewhat different culture and housing project “Kompott” featuring a club, a literature café and a neighbourhood garden is one of the highlights of Chemnitz subculture. What’s more, within only five minutes you are on the motorway. The quarter is well connected providing fast and easy access for all your clients and visitors.

The space: A former baker's shop, the space is located in a pre-fabricated building (Plattenbau) – screaming Chemnitz all over, as some would say.
